Q: What’s your exchange/return policy?

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged if new and in undamaged packaging.   
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if packaging is damaged or product is used.
  • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges and returns.
  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier, shipment method, and return shipping costs. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Lezyne is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    

Q: How do I return something?

  • Return your item(s) by calling Lezyne customer service to obtain an RMA number.  Returns will NOT be processed without an RMA number.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package, with the RMA number written on the outside.
  • You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier, shipment method, and return shipping costs. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Lezyne is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • You will not be reimbursed for your return, original postage, or shipping costs.
  • You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing and 1 to 7 business days to receive your credit.

Q: If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?

A: We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse and the return is accepted with no damage to the original packaging or merchandise. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 1 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.
